Free standard shipping on every order inside the United States. Here is exactly what to expect.

How long it takes

Orders placed before 2pm Central ship the same business day. Standard shipping arrives in 3 to 6 business days depending on your state. Expedited 2-day shipping is $14.95 at checkout.

Where we ship

All 50 US states, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We do not currently ship outside the United States.

Tracking

You get a tracking email the moment your parcel leaves our warehouse. If you would rather we read the tracking to you over the phone, call (888) 402-7731 — that is a normal request and we are happy to do it.

If a package is late or missing

Call (888) 402-7731 or email help@emberly.com. If the carrier has lost it we send a replacement rather than making you wait on an investigation.
